Polène offers a seamless return process for items in original condition within 15 days of delivery. We ensure each return is handled with the same care and precision used to craft our leather goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our dedicated returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the product in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags are attached and the item is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
